These Terms and Conditions govern your use of forevergreenartificialgrass.com and any services you request from Forever Green Artificial Grass, LLC (“Forever Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company located in San Antonio, Texas.
By using this website, submitting a form, or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Who We Are and What We Do
Forever Green provides artificial grass supply and installation, putting greens, pet turf, playground surfacing, commercial turf, and related landscaping services including fencing, pavers, irrigation, tree services, lawn cleanup, and holiday lighting. We serve San Antonio and surrounding areas in Texas.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that damages, disables, or interferes with it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content, photos, or project images without written permission
- Submit false information through any form on the site
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through the website, by phone, or during a site visit are preliminary and based on the information available at the time.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the estimate itself.
- Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
- Site conditions discovered after work begins, such as buried utilities, drainage problems, unstable subgrade, or hidden obstructions, may require a change order and additional cost. We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work.
- Square footage measurements taken remotely or from satellite imagery are approximate and are confirmed on site.
Scheduling, Deposits, and Payment
- A deposit may be required to schedule your installation and to order materials. Deposit amounts are set out in your written proposal.
- Deposits used to order custom or special order materials may be non refundable once those materials are ordered.
- Remaining balances are due on completion unless a different payment schedule is stated in your signed proposal.
- Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by Texas law.
- Installation dates are estimates. Weather, material availability, and site conditions can shift the schedule. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Cancellations
If you cancel after signing a proposal but before materials are ordered, your deposit is refundable less any documented costs already incurred. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, cancellation terms follow what is written in your signed proposal.
Where a residential sale is subject to the federal three day right of cancellation, you will receive written notice of that right with your contract, and nothing in these terms limits
it.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Forever Green Artificial Grass, LLC operates an SMS program for customers and prospective customers who opt in.
Program description. Messages we send include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, project status updates, and occasional promotional offers about our artificial grass and landscaping services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
To opt out, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Forever Green Artificial Grass, LLC.
Privacy. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Warranty
Products we install carry a manufacturer warranty of up to 15 years, subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, and exclusions. Our workmanship warranty, if any, is stated in your signed proposal.
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from misuse, vandalism, fire, or reflected heat from windows or glass surfaces
- Damage from pets digging, sharp objects, heavy equipment, or vehicles driven on the turf
- Damage from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions we provide
- Normal matting or flattening in high traffic areas
- Damage from acts of nature, including flooding, hail, and extreme weather
- Work modified or repaired by anyone other than Forever Green
Warranty claims must be made in writing to the contact details below.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and safe access to the work area
- Identify and disclose the location of private utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, invisible pet fencing, and any other buried items not marked by the public utility locate service
- Obtain any HOA approval, permit, or landlord permission required before work begins
- Remove or secure personal property, vehicles, and pets from the work area
- Follow the care and maintenance guidance we provide
Forever Green is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground items.
Photography and Project Images
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you agree that Forever Green may photograph completed work and use those images in marketing, on our website, and on social media. We do not publish customer names or full addresses with project photos. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.
Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, quote, or project by phone, text, and email. Text message consent, opt out instructions, and how we handle your mobile number are described in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews and results shown on this site reflect individual experiences. Project outcomes, timelines, and savings vary based on property conditions, product selected, and use.

Severability
